The New York Travel and Adventure Show in New York City is an annual expo held at the Javits Center (35th Street – 8th Avenue, NYC). The expo is full of colorful booths with posters – sometimes hanging from high ceilings and sometimes at eye level – perfect for photo ops! There are multicultural music and dance performances on the Global Stage. Friendly sales representatives offer travel deals (only at the show). And you can forage for snacks, coffee, tea, and goodies for your swag bag (where you stored an informative guide the Travel and Adventure Expo.

Sue and Teddly love meeting new people from all over the world. Even before you get on that jet plane, bus, train, or ship, you will have fun making new friends at the Travel and Adventure Expo! You can meet New Yorkers – New York City and the whole huge State of New York! You can meet the Philippine Director of Tourism from the Philippine Consulate in New York City. You can meet Fiji Islanders! (Yes, they look pretty wild, but I suspect they are actors in grass skirts and face makeup!) Say hello to from nice folks from New Hampshire, who are justifiably proud of their lakes and mountains. And don’t forget to take advantage of a photo op with a colorful puppet from Taiwan! (Teddly likes meeting fellow puppets.)
